Why walking?

Walking is low impact, low injury, easy to repeat and easy to recover from. As body weight decreases, it continues improving cardiovascular health, mobility and confidence.

Is this about motivation?

No. My role isn’t to motivate you. My role is to create accountability, challenge you when needed and help you build a system you can repeat.
